💍 Booking & Tours

  • All tours are by appointment only so we can give you the best experience possible. You can schedule a tour or text us if you don’t see a time that works — we’re happy to coordinate with you!

💸 Payments & Policies

  • We offer packages that include access to our beautifully renovated venue, a wide selection of borrowed décor, full use of our indoor and outdoor spaces, access to the bridal and groom suites, and on-site security. See full details on our pricing page.

  • We require a signed contract and a $1000 date reservation fee (this goes towards your final payment) to reserve your date. Final payment along with the $500 security deposit is due 60 days prior to your event.

  • Yes! We can set up a monthly payment for you.

  • Yes, you can extend your event until midnight for an additional $500.

🍽️ Vendors, Decor & Rules

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own licensed vendors. Bartenders must be chosen from our exclusive list of bartenders. We also offer a preferred vendor list with trusted professionals who know our space well.

  • Yes — BYOB is allowed! You’ll just need a licensed bartender from our list of exclusive bartenders. All alcohol must be served by the bartender.

  • To protect our space, open flames, confetti, and loose glitter are not allowed outdoors. We’re happy to guide you on décor do’s and don’ts — creativity is still encouraged!

🗓️ Event Details & Logistics

  • We can host up to 200 guests, including your bridal party. It’s the perfect space for both intimate and full-size celebrations.

  • Depending on your package, venue access can begin as early at 8:00am and end as late as 11:00pm. With our midnight extension, you can keep the party going longer.

  • While weddings are our specialty, Wonderland Pines also welcomes anniversaries, elopements, social gatherings, and photo shoots. (Note: we currently do not host teen parties)

  • We have a beautiful barn for an indoor ceremony space ready to go. Our team is always prepared to adjust without missing a beat.

🏠 Spaces & Amenities

  • Yes! Both are include a coffee station, private restroom, games, and plenty of seating for your bridesmaids and groomsmen.

  • Currently, overnight lodging is not available — but it's something we’re working on! Let us know if this is important to you. That said, we do offer a list of lodging options for you to share with your guests!

  • We love furry guests! Pets are welcome for the ceremony and photos with prior approval and a designated handler.
